Air Conditioning Engineer – Service, Maintenance & Installation

We’re expanding our engineering team and looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer who takes pride in high‑quality workmanship, professional communication and reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Service & maintenance of split, multi‑split and VRF/VRV systems
• Installation of new air conditioning equipment across residential and commercial sites
• Fault‑finding, diagnostics and repairs
• Working independently, managing your schedule and representing the company on client sites
• Travelling to jobs across London and the Home Counties, with full support from our Bourne End office

What You Need

• F‑Gas registration (Category 1 preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong technical knowledge of AC systems
• Confident working independently and communicating with clients
• Willingness to travel across London and the Home Counties

Nice to Have

• Experience with Mitsubishi, Daikin, Toshiba or similar systems
• CSCS card
• Additional HVAC or electrical qualifications
