Apply now for the position of Manufacturing Systems Engineer (Fixed Term Contract – 12 months) and play a key role in enabling the successful introduction of new medical devices to our site through innovative manufacturing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead reverse engineering activities for complex medical devices to understand design intent and functionality.
- Develop and validate robust manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Design and implement test systems to verify product performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transfer new products into production efficiently.
- Identify and mitigate risks in process development to ensure smooth scale‑up.
- Document processes and create technical reports to support regulatory submissions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process development, preferably within medical devices or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of reverse engineering principles and tools.
- Hands‑on experience with test system design and validation.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 13485 and GMP.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
