Manufacturing Engineer M/F

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team at our Wolverhampton site.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive line side production support to ensure business demands are met by working closely with the Operations and Production Control team.
• Provide support to quality investigations to find the root cause and corrective actions.
• Highlight, plan and deliver continuous improvement activities within the value stream.
• Apply tools such as PFMEA to reduce process risk and improve system performance.
• Manage relationships with equipment suppliers and support make‑vs‑buy decisions.

Qualifications

• Essential: Experience in manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Desirable: Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Siemens NX; experience in metrology, measurement methods and use of CMMs; knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; experience with Design for Manufacture/Automation.
