Lead M&E QS for Hyperscale Data Centre

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major hyperscale data centre project in West London. The role offers senior commercial exposure across complex M&E packages and a clear progression path for a Managing QS.

You’ll manage cost, risk, change, procurement and subcontract accounts, reporting to project directors and the commercial leadership, while maintaining strong client-facing relations.
