Multi Skilled Engineer – The Broadway

Responsibilities

• Carry out day‑to‑day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and perform breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
• Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specifications.
• Be aware of Safe Systems of Work and its application, perform it under the contract terms, and assist with sub‑contractor inductions and placing people safely to work.
• Implement and comply with procedures detailed in the company’s Health & Safety Policies, statutory obligations and with the Skanska IFE (Injury Free Environment).

Qualifications

• Technical background, either mechanical or electrical, with strong experience in Building Services Engineering.
• Demonstrated understanding of statutory compliance for HVAC and Water Treatment.
• Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role.
