Composite Design Engineer

We have an opportunity for an exceptionally talented Design Engineer to join the Composites Design group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This position plays a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and race wins.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to detailed design specifications from cradle to grave, defining and supporting component or system validation, servicing and utilisation and resolving any issues as they arise.
• Concept design and scheming components.
• Detailing machined parts, patterns, molds and specifying laminates.
• Extending to the necessary component jigs and build tooling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience, ideally within F1 or another high‑level motorsport.
• Degree level or equivalent in Engineering, with a solid base knowledge of engineering first principles.
• CAD experience with Catia V5/3DX (preferred) or NX or similar.
• Self‑motivated, analytical, and a pragmatic decision‑maker capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem‑solving.
