Offshore Plant Engineering Manager – Flexible First Scotland

SSEN Transmission is seeking an Engineering Manager to join the Offshore AC Project Engineering team and drive Island projects toward a Net Zero network. You will lead senior plant engineers, coordinate design reviews, and ensure design alignment with regional strategy across large capital programs.

You will manage safety across the portfolio, oversee Design Management Plans, and collaborate with Contractors and the Quality Team. Based in Scotland with 50% office presence.
