RF Test Engineer – Hands-on Electronics & Validation

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking an RF Test Engineer to join a growing technology company in Fareham. You will test, fault‑find and validate RF electronic products, working with spectrum analysers and signal generators to ensure quality before delivery.

In this hands‑on role you’ll support production activities, read engineering drawings, and collaborate with engineering colleagues to drive continuous improvements across the test process and manufacturing chain.
