IPS is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the site engineering team at Featherstone. You will deliver an operationally excellent factory by driving maintenance planning, TPM initiatives, and capital projects in line with business requirements.
With 5+ years in engineering within FMCG, you will mentor production managers, manage budgets, and ensure CMMS data integrity for robust maintenance plans and continuous improvement programs.
