Vehicle Workshop Manager — Lead Maintenance & Safety

Calor Gas Ltd. in Fawley is seeking a Vehicle Workshop Manager to lead our busy workshop. You will oversee repairs, MOTs, ADR and insurance tests, while inspiring a skilled team to maintain high standards and keep our fleet on the road.

You’ll balance hands-on management with forward planning, drive safe operations, manage budgets, and liaise with internal teams and external bodies. A full Category C&E licence and LPG/petrol vehicle experience are preferred.
