Lead Process Engineer – Water & Wastewater (Hybrid)

Surge Group is seeking a Process Engineering Lead to drive delivery across water and wastewater projects. You will provide technical leadership, review designs and documentation, and guide a growing engineering team to meet client requirements and standards.

The role combines hands-on process engineering with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring engineers, developing procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Travel to project sites is expected as required.
