Lead Mechanical Plant Maintenance Engineer (Temp-to-Perm)

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our Brigg site on a permanent basis. The role focuses on maintaining plant reliability, ensuring PSSR compliance, and stepping into a first supervisory position to develop a small engineering team.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, inspect and repair tanks, pumps, and valves, and lead daily site activities while working a Monday–Friday schedule at a gas processing facility near Brigg.
