Job Description
Are you a skilled Lift Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a talented Repair Engineer to cover South West and South Wales, ideally based in or near Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cardiff, Newport, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Somerset, and surrounding areas. You will perform minor refurbishment works across a diverse range of passenger lifts, vertical access lifts and moving walkways from multiple manufacturers, supporting business objectives and ensuring exceptional service delivery standards.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8 am – 4:45 pmFriday: 8 am – 3:45 pm
Responsibilities
- Carry out minor repairs on a wide range of lifts across the portfolio.
- Ensure high‑quality service and safety standards are met.
- Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards.
- Support the training of apprentices and trainee engineers using your experience to develop the next generation of engineers.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Lift Engineer with a record of minor repairs.
- Valid UK driving licence.
