We’re recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a growing engineering business in Halifax.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader with a strong engineering background who can manage projects, lead teams and ensure high standards of technical delivery, quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the engineering team
• Plan and manage engineer workloads, deployment and resource allocation
• Oversee engineering projects from mobilisation through to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Review technical drawings, designs and project specifications
• Manage engineering stock, specialist equipment and workshop standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent technical knowledge and problem‑solving ability
• Experience managing projects and engineering teams
• Full UK Driving Licence
