Water Civil Design Engineer – Hybrid (NW)

Rullion Ltd in the North West is seeking Civil Design Engineers (5–10 years) with clean water and wastewater experience for a permanent or outside-IR35 contract. Hybrid working 2–3 days in the office, across the regulated water sector.

You will deliver safe, compliant civil design deliverables, produce hydraulic calculations, oversee CAD technicians, and ensure designs meet standards. Chartered status pursued is preferred; full driving licence required.
