Lead Manufacturing Engineer — Lean, Capex & Readiness

GE Vernova’s Rotating Machines Rugby (RMR) designs and manufactures large motors and generators for naval, aerospace, and industrial applications. The Lead Manufacturing Engineer will drive SQDC improvements and ensure manufacturing readiness for new projects from day one.

You will translate design concepts to the shop floor, lead Lean initiatives, coordinate Capex, and mentor engineers within the MRT to sustain high performance across Rotor Build and Field Coil lines in Rugby.
