24/7 Platform Operations Engineer – AWS & VoIP

Eckoh in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Platform Operations engineer to join the 24/7 team, supporting AWS-hosted SaaS and voice platforms.

You will monitor health dashboards, triage incidents based on business impact, and manage tickets end-to-end using Jira Service Management.

The role requires on-call duties and collaboration with Engineering, Network and Security, while maintaining clear client communications. Hybrid/remote options available with a 40-hour week and shift coverage.
