Lead Onsite Mechanical Project Manager – Residential

BJF Group is a leading UK main contractor delivering mechanical and multi-discipline projects. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Onsite Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical services on a 179-unit residential development in Guildford.

You will oversee installs from first fix through commissioning, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with UK regulations, programme, and budget. A strong background in residential schemes and SMSTS/CSCS credentials are essential.
