Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Static

Contract: Permanent | Location: Greenford | Start Date: 13 April 2026 | Salary: Up to £40,000 plus overtime and call‑out compensation.

We are recruiting a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work within our Service and Maintenance team, based onsite at Greenford. The role involves onsite preventive maintenance (PPMs), repairs, and on‑call callouts across the site. You will collaborate with other engineers and support manual fabric maintenance as well as M&E work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Carry out repairs on building electrical systems.
• Provide on‑call support and manage on‑call rota.
• Assist with fabric maintenance and M&E tasks.
• Record work and communicate with management and technical staff.

Package

• Basic salary up to £40,000 (OTE £42,000).
• 40‑hour week.
• 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
• On‑call duty.
• Overtime on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• Experience performing repairs within buildings – essential.
• Electrical background and health and safety knowledge – essential.
• CRB check – essential.
• NVQ Level 2 or higher, or C&G training – desirable.
• Experience in building services, M&E, construction, facilities management, fire & security, or similar roles.

Preferred Skill Set

• Fabric engineer, electrician, hand‑yman, plumber, joiner, gas engineer, air‑conditioning technician, HVAC engineer, service engineer, mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, multiskilled engineer.
