Lead Quantity Surveyor – £55m School Project | Hybrid

Kier Group in Essex is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead on a £55m school project in Cheshunt. The role sits in our Construction team, with hybrid working: three days per week in the office and on site as required, with the Essex office located in Stanstead later this year.

You will manage costs and value reporting, lead the commercial team, maximise cash flow, and navigate ICE/NEC contracts while building strong client relationships.
