Repairs Supervisor

You will be responsible for site supervision of work in progress and liaison with all trade operatives, sub contractors and customers for the effective delivery of the works, you will therefore have the ability to manage and motivate a team of trade operatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills and have the ability to liaise with internal teams and contractors where appropriate.
• The proven ability in a target driven, whilst keeping the customer at the fore
• Be proactive and have a ‘can do’ approach.
• The ability to risk assess the workplace and work activities to ensure the safety of others.
• Have a relevant trade qualification to City & Guilds or equivalent to level 3 standards or HNC/HND or equivalent in Building or other acceptable subject
• Hold a full driving licence.
