SC-Cleared L1 Support Engineer – Onsite Reading

Matchtech is recruiting for an Edgewing L1 Support Engineer to provide level 1 technical support in Reading, with active UK Security Clearance. The role is full-time onsite, five days a week, in a secure, fast-paced environment.

You will log and resolve incidents within SLAs, perform initial troubleshooting, and collaborate with wider teams to ensure timely resolutions. The ideal candidate has experience in service desk or L1 support, strong customer service, and familiarity with Microsoft 365
