Apprentice Gas Engineer: Hands-on Heating & Plumbing

Mears Group PLC invites applicants to join an Apprenticeship as a Gas Engineer in Caerphilly. The fixed-term position covers installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems while you complete college-based training over 48 months.

Start dates in 2026 with on-site duties and progression through the apprenticeship course. Apprentices will gain a recognised qualification, 25 days annual leave plus holidays, and driver-lesson support, with assessments and onboarding as part of the selection
