Senior HSE Manager – Manufacturing Safety Leader (Flexible)

Lush in Poole is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to lead safety on the shop floor and drive proactive, data-led safety leadership across our manufacturing facilities.

You will mentor the safety team, oversee risk assessments, ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and RIDDOR, and partner with production and People teams to embed a strong safety culture. This role requires NEBOSH Diploma and extensive multi-site experience.
