IT Field Service Engineer – Desktop & On-Site Support

Zenzero Solutions is seeking a Field Services Technician to build and configure end-user devices, visit customer sites for installations and upgrades, and provide reactive on-site support for networks, servers and storage. You will work from a Zenzero office when not visiting clients, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met while keeping the knowledgebase current.
