We are recruiting for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our team on the Sainsbury’s contract at Emerald Park, Bristol.
This is a full time, permanent position working any 5 from 7, 14:00 till 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead operational activities in your area for the duration of the shift to achieve the work plan on time and in line with budget and KPIs
- Drive performance through effective monitoring of coaching and performance
- Review all aspects of shift performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Lead the team on shift proactively to motivate high performance, develop positive engagement and good communication across the operation
- Manage warehouse training requirements and function
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven experience in managing a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse environment (ideally a food operation)
- The ability to lead continuous improvement projects whilst demonstrating excellent planning skills
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on-site engagement
