Maintenance Engineer: Uptime & Continuous Improvement

Know How Resourcing seeks a Maintenance Engineer to join our established team in Barnsley. You will maintain production equipment, perform PPMs, diagnose faults, and support continuous improvement to maximise uptime and efficiency.

The role requires a minimum of four years in industrial maintenance with NVQ3 or equivalent, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and CMMS experience. You will mentor apprentices, work across shifts, and uphold safety standards.
