Hands-On Engineering Manager, Real-Time AI Platform

Dex is partnering with a rapidly growing company building the CRM for the AI era. They are scaling a real-time AI-native platform and require an Engineering Manager who stays deeply hands-on while guiding a small team of 3–5 engineers.

You will ship code across the stack (Go/TypeScript/Node.js or React), own end-to-end features, recruit and mentor, and drive architectural evolution as the product scales.
