Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: York

Hours: Alternating Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday 6am‑2pm and Monday to Thursday 2pm‑12am)

Salary: circa £43 000 (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance duties
• Respond to breakdowns
• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild
• Troubleshoot and fault find on a range of electrical and mechanical equipment
• Provide general maintenance support
• Follow health and safety procedures
• Carry out risk assessments

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ/ONC Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Experience troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical reactive faults
• Experience working in production environments
