CNC Team Leader – Flexible Hours, 4/5 Day Weeks

Rubicon Recruitment Group in Ferndown is seeking a skilled CNC Team Leader to supervise a small team of CNC Turners while remaining hands-on with Fanuc controlled machines and ensuring tight tolerances on precision components.

This permanent role offers a choice of day (8am-5pm Mon-Thu, 8am-12:30pm Fri) or night shifts, a four- or five-day week option, up to 32 days holiday, a contributory pension, and ongoing training with opportunities for progression in a modern, well‑organised workshop.
