Night Shift Electronics Production Team Lead

STI Limited is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee a night shift production team, ensuring output, quality, and delivery targets are achieved while maintaining high manufacturing standards.

The role is 37.5 hours per week across 4 days, with night shift pattern discussed at interview. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with IPC and policies, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
