Implementation Consultant – East Midlands

International Client is looking for a customer facing Solutions Consultant. This role suits an Implementation Consultant, Data Analyst or Product Support Engineer seeking a more diverse role.

You will work closely with the Business Analysis & Customer Support team on the implementation of software solutions for clients throughout the UK, with weekly visits to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand their business processes and inventory for successful product implementation.
• Consult on best practice application configuration and mapping of customer operations.
• Collaborate with implementation and support teams on creation and maintenance of customer‑specific training materials.
• Work closely with super users to maximize and promote effective user adoption.
• Apply Agile principles where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience or equivalent in solution implementation, application support, or data analysis.
• Strong data analysis and SQL skills.
• Prior experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is advantageous.
