Salary: £34,000 – 75,000 per year
Requirements
- Experience and/or qualifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server.
- Experience and/or qualifications with networking products; Juniper is most relevant, but Cisco or HPE would also be acceptable.
- Consultancy experience, providing advice, proposals, and designs to customers, while also being willing to get involved with support.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions to fulfil customer needs, collaborating with senior customer stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Provide technical support to customers, including on customer premises where required.
- Create and contribute to RFP, ITT, RFI, SoW, HLD, and LLD documents, completing them to a high level of technical detail.
- Provide pre-sales support to the business for customer engagements.
- Carry out any other fair and relevant task or duty assigned by our manager or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff members.
