Our well‑respected software provider seeks an experienced Implementation Consultant to deliver specialist cloud‑based SaaS software and solutions. The role focuses on technical aspects of client integration projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Full implementation life cycle involvement and project management where required.
• Analysis and documentation.
• Client training.
• Implementation overseeing.
• Software configuration.
• Costing & planning.
• Lead technical direction of projects impacting the SaaS customer base.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate is a natural self‑learner, eager to understand new systems, able to independently find innovative solutions to technical challenges, and communicate these effectively internally and externally.
