Implementation Consultant / Solutions Consultant

International Client is looking for a customer‑facing Solutions Consultant. This role will suit an Implementation Consultant, Data Analyst or Product Support Engineer who is looking for more diversity in their role.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Business Analysis & Customer Support team on the implementation of software solutions for clients throughout the UK.
• Conduct weekly visits to client sites.
• Understand and document customer business processes and inventory to prepare for the successful implementation of the product.
• Consult on best practice application configuration and mapping of customer operations.
• Create and maintain customer‑specific training materials.
• Collaborate with super users across the business to promote effective user adoption.
• Work with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth transition and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Application Support or Implementation is preferred; full product training will be provided.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in SQL are required.
• Knowledge of Agile principles is advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

Up to 30‑35K + Car / Allowance, 25 days holiday. Hybrid working model: work from home, onsite and in the office once a fortnight. Office located in East Midlands area.
