Product Implementation Consultant

We’re hiring a Product Implementation Consultant to help recruitment firms get the most out of Kyloe’s products.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of onboarding, guiding customers every step of the way.
• Solve tricky problems fast, working hand‑in‑hand with our support team.
• Champion customer feedback so it actually shapes what we build next.
• Juggle multiple projects without dropping a single ball.
• Get properly hands‑on with Bullhorn and the wider Kyloe product suite.

Qualifications

• Great communication and relationship‑building skills.
• A project management mindset – organised, calm under pressure.
• Recruitment industry experience (bonus points for Bullhorn know‑how).
• Genuine curiosity about how our products work, inside and out.
