Balance is building AI to take over back-office finance tasks. In this role you will be the expert who validates AI bookkeeping outputs, ensuring accuracy, and you will own the month-end close for a portfolio of clients.
You will be the principal point of contact for clients, building trust and spotting areas to improve. You will sit close to engineers, identify manual tasks to automate, and help shape the product with your feedback.
