Membership Growth & Member Experience Lead

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales Host to create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention at the club. You will act as a brand ambassador, supporting commercial goals and delivering exceptional service to every member, guest, and prospect.

You will drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend, conduct tailored tours, and use effective questioning and relationship-building to maximise conversions and retention.
