North East Ambition in Sunderland is seeking a motivated Homeless Reduction Officer to join our Housing Options Team. You will assess homelessness applications, develop Personalised Housing Plans and help clients access sustainable accommodation, aiming to move people away from homelessness for good.
The role emphasises collaboration with housing providers and partner agencies, tackling long-term rough sleeping and complex needs with strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
