Children’s Social Worker – Family Help Team (Flexible)

Caritas Recruitment is seeking a qualified Children’s Social Worker to join our Family Help Team in Birmingham. You will assess the needs of children and families, develop tailored intervention plans, and work with partners to promote safety and well-being.

You will collaborate with schools and health services, participate in multi-agency meetings and court proceedings, and contribute to ongoing training and flexible working arrangements within a supportive team.
