Shift Lead: Lead & Inspire Store Teams

B&Q in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Shift Lead to help run the department and deliver great service to our customers. The role offers a notional hourly rate of £14.50 with pension and 6.6 weeks holiday as part of our rewards package.

Shift Leads will work alongside Department Managers to inspire and guide teams, manage daily activities and ensure customers receive the help they need. We value teamwork, safety and excellent customer service.
