At Altius Talent, we recruit across the US freight forwarding and logistics sector. You’ll be speaking with candidates, clients, and senior decision-makers across America.
The role
You’ll be trained to:
- Make outbound calls to candidates and clients
- Build relationships with professionals in the US logistics market
- Qualify candidates for live recruitment vacancies
- Generate client leads and business opportunities
- Manage follow-ups, pipeline, and sales activity
- Learn how to close recruitment deals
- Use LinkedIn, CRM systems, AI tools, and direct sourcing platforms
This is a sales role first and foremost.
You will be on the phone daily. You will be expected to make things happen. You will need resilience.
