Bupa seeks a Regional Support Manager (Clinical) covering seven care homes around North London. You will provide operational and clinical leadership, supporting Home Managers to deliver high-quality care and service excellence.

In this role you will monitor quality metrics, lead audits, and collaborate with the Regional Director to implement service improvement plans across the region. A strong nursing background and audit experience are essential.
