Health, Safety & Compliance Leader

Hundred Houses Society is seeking a Health, Safety and Compliance Manager to lead the property compliance and organisational safety. You will oversee gas, electrical safety, fire risk, water hygiene and building safety, delivering robust assurance and improved outcomes for residents.

You’ll lead a team, manage contractor performance and reporting, and embed a positive safety culture across the organisation. This role offers dedicated improvement opportunities in a values‑led housing association.
