Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, organised and flexible individual to join a successful team, contributing to this developing Family Time Service and improving outcomes for children and families.
Responsibilities
The full‑time position in Lincoln is flexible over 5 days between 9:00am and 6:30pm to meet the needs of the Family Time Service, with weekend work required on a rota basis. You will supervise family time between children and their parents/family when children are subject to court proceedings and no longer in the care of their parents. You must demonstrate a clear awareness of safeguarding children, carry out accurate reporting after each session, and maintain good recording and IT skills. You will work in partnership with parents and other professionals to promote and model good quality family time, applying knowledge of child development, attachment, separation and risk management to promote the best interests of each child.
Qualifications
NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification, is required. The role may require traveling across various locations, so a clean driving licence and a car are essential. In accordance with Part7 of the Immigration Act2016 (Fluency Duty), you must be able to converse at ease with customers and provide accurate spoken English.
