Student Wellbeing & Behaviour Manager

Aston Community Education Trust seeks a proactive Pastoral Support Manager for Shirebrook Academy. You will provide pastoral support to identified students, assist safeguarding leads and help create a positive climate across the academy.

The role is based mainly at Shirebrook Academy within the Trust, with occasional duties at other academies within the trust. Availability is term-time only with INSET days and a DBS check is required.
