This is a full-time Solicitor role based in Llanrwst. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, delivering exceptional client service while ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing residential property purchases from initial instruction through to completion
- Handling the sale of residential properties, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to facilitate successful transactions.
- Advising clients on Transfers of Equity, providing clear legal guidance while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and compliantly.
- Preparing and submitting First Registration applications to the Land Registry
- Managing Re-Mortgage transactions
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years’ of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service
- Enthusiastic and self-motivating
- Approachable at all times
- Being a fluent Welsh speaker is also preferable.
