Job Description:

This is a full-time Solicitor role based in Llanrwst. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, delivering exceptional client service while ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing residential property purchases from initial instruction through to completion
  • Handling the sale of residential properties, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Advising clients on Transfers of Equity, providing clear legal guidance while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and compliantly.
  • Preparing and submitting First Registration applications to the Land Registry
  • Managing Re-Mortgage transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers

There is a huge scope to build your client base in the locality.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years’ of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivating
  • Approachable at all times
  • Being a fluent Welsh speaker is also preferable.
