A respected hospitality operator is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee two established premium venues in Edinburgh.
This is a hands‐on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys supporting managers, driving operational standards and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
We’re looking for a hospitality professional who comes from a premium environment where service, quality and attention to detail are non‑negotiable.
You’ll be commercially astute, experienced in controlling labour costs and passionate about creating a culture of accountability, consistency and hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support management teams across two venues
- Drive exceptional customer service standards
- Monitor labour costs and operational performance
- Coach, mentor and develop managers
- Ensure consistency in standards, presentation and service
- Lead from the front during busy trading periods
- Deliver strong commercial performance while maintaining premium guest experiences
About You
- Multi‑site or senior operational management experience
- Premium hospitality background
- Strong financial awareness, particularly around labour management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
