Waste Services Team Leader — Lead Frontline Crews

Coventry City Council is seeking proactive Supervising Team Leaders to join our Street Pride and Fleet Management service. You will lead frontline waste and environmental teams across the city, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and to customer standards.

Based at Whitley Depot, you will manage deployments, monitor performance and drive improvements; a full driving licence is required, with a rota that includes 1 in 7 Saturdays and a willingness to obtain an HGV Class 2 licence
