Southeastern Railway is seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Manager to join our London Head Office on a hybrid basis. You will manage a varied ER caseload, provide clear, timely guidance to managers on disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance matters, and help develop policies.
With 3–5 years in ER, you will work with trade unions, stay up to date with UK employment law, and support leaders across the network to achieve fair, compliant outcomes.
